did he die ? did he ok ? did Maressa in problem caz she shot him ?

I haven't seen like every single episode, but yea she shot him and he was ok he was just in the hospital and that's all. Can't remember what else happened.

Okay, I've seen all the episodes and yes, he lives.
After she shoots him, he gets put in the Hospital, he goes into a coma, Ryan feels bad for him even though he tries to rape Marissa, and once he comes out of the coma he moves away from the O.C and him and Ryan smile and wave to each other while Tray is leaving on the bus, and Marrisa says good-bye to him and tells him she's sorry, and I think he forgives her.
